Jean-Michel Lachance
Hey there, I’m Jean-Michel Lachance, a professional athlete, entrepreneur, and Level 3 certified coach from Québec, Canada. From speed skating to the Canadian National Team, I’ve competed at the highest levels for over a decade enjoying success in a wide range of events, from 14-day stage race events to piloting a blind athlete at the Paralympics in Rio. Throughout my career, I’ve invested in top-notch coaching, battled through injuries, and emerged as a resilient and resourceful person. With a master’s degree in “management, innovation, and entrepreneurship” and a passion for high performance, I’m here to share my knowledge and help you reach your cycling peak. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I’d like to work with you no matter if you are a beginner aspiring pro, seasoned veteran or simply want to get that local KOM. I’m also a big fan of Intervals.icu, and together, we’ll make your cycling journey even more exciting.
My coaching philosophy revolves around a holistic approach to cycling excellence. I firmly believe that achieving your peak performance goes beyond just training plans and workouts. It’s about understanding your unique journey, setting meaningful goals, and tailoring a path to success that aligns with your life, aspirations, and capabilities. I’m dedicated to providing personalized coaching that empowers you to excel both on and off the bike.
