Indoor Triathlon NDSU

The Indoor Triathlon will test your cardio while running, swimming and cycling! Unlike a traditional triathlon, which covers fixed distances of swimming, biking, and running, our indoor triathlon will challenge you to go the greatest distance in a fixed amount of time. Beginners and seasoned athletes are invited to participate in the 10-minute swim in the lap pool, 30-minute bike in the Cycle Studio, and 20-minute treadmill run!
