Shawnee Park Circuit Race - 230 Southwestern Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40212

Flat and fast, Shawnee Park brings true circuit race feels with a 1.3 mile loop of sweeping corners and high speed action. The first of Derby City’s two action packed days will offer a more beginner friendly course for riders looking to do their first road race and will be a more spectator friendly option for friends and family to come enjoy the day of racing.

 

Long Run Park Circuit Race - 1605 Flat Rock Rd. Louisville, KY 40245

The sweeping circuit of Long Run Park is back, and ready to test your fitness for the 2026 season! The race features a 1.7 mile loop entirely closed to cars, a technical decent, and an uphill sprint to the finish. Blurring the lines between criterium and road racing, this circuit is a perfect addition to your spring race calendar! 

Join us for the full Omnium weekend by registering in the same category for both event days, top 50 riders in each race score points and best average score for the weekend wins the omnium. P/1/2/3 riders will be eligible for cash payouts for each event individually as well as for the Omnium. All other riders will compete for Beer and swag prizes. Primes will be called for each race and will consist of Beer, *Creme Prime *(Oatmeal Creme Pies), and swag! A full prize list will be announced in early April.

Women’s Races

We want our womens riders to feel welcome and challenged at the Derby City Omnium and therefore, at the request of previous riders, we currently combine the womens fields with mens fields to keep field sizes larger and the competition level high. We still score women’s categories totally seperatly and provide equal payouts between the men’s and women’s fields. We’d love to have dedicated women’s races at the event and when either the 1/2/3 or the 4/5 women’s fields exceed 12 riders we will move them to the open time slots in the schedule and notify all riders in the field of the schedule change. 1/2/3 Women would move to 1:30pm and 4/5 Women would move to 11:45am. Please encourage your friends and fellow riders to join and make this the best year of women’s racing at Derby City yet!
