Andorra Epic Stage 2

EDGE OF ALTITUDE

Stage 2 of the Andorra Epic 2025 dives deeper into the mountains, beginning at the Pal/Arinsal station and immediately challenging riders with a high-altitude climb to Coll de Cabús (2,300 m), the stage’s summit. After reaching the top, racers plunge into a breathtaking and fast descent through rugged alpine terrain.

The route then shifts into a grueling second climb toward Collada de Muntaner, before launching into Super Sispony—an intense 8.2 km technical descent with steep drops, rocky turns, and narrow switchbacks, known as the most demanding downhill of the entire race.

The final stretch to La Massana offers a dynamic mix of gravel, singletrack, and short climbs to test every rider’s endurance and strategy.

Fan hotspots are located at Km 7 and Km 20 near Coll de la Botella, where spectators can catch the action twice in one stage. Stage 2 is a masterclass in contrasts—big climbs, bigger drops, and nonstop adrenaline. It’s a test of courage, control, and commitment.
