BikenetiCX -- Event #4 of the 2026 BikeReg Cyclocross Super Series

Race #4 in the BikeReg CycloCross Super Series!

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Dogs will be allowed but must be on a leash at all times!

  • No overnight parking, camping, setup or pre-riding is permitted prior to the event date.

  • The venue is on private land and is NOT open for pre-riding prior to the event date.

  • There is NO running water on site. Bring hydration from home. Also..NO BIKE WASH!

  • Food Truck - (TBD) (Please be prepared to feed/hydrate yourselves if trucks are delayed or cancelled)

  • Coffee and pastries will be available early morning from the fine folks behind** **Leesburg Diner by Cafe Kindred.

  • Dynasty Brewing will be on hand selling beer. Must provide an ID before consuming adult beverages. NO ID…NO Brews! Beer must be consumed inside designated beer garden area only.

  • Thanks to Best Day Brewing we will have a limited number of NA beers. $5 donation and must be 21 to consume!

  • Timing support provided by - Insight Timing Services

  • Registration & results support provided by - Spaceman Event Services

 

 

Registration, Entry Fees, & Licensing:  all registration and payment for this event, including race day registration, will be conducted through BikeReg.  Additional entries are offered at $20 ($25 on race day) when purchased in the same BikeReg shopping cart.  If the entries are purchased separately during the pre-registration period, contact us for a partial refund; on event day a coupon code will be made available at the day-of registration table to achieve the same discounted price.  Entry fees will increase to $50 for adults and $30 for Juniors for race day registration, to reflect the day-of surcharge.  There will be no in-person sales at the event – register online, either at home before coming out or on your phone at the event.  You MUST present your racing license (if you have one) or 1-Day receipt in order to be issued a bib, and you should also be prepared to show your confirmation email.  In order to expedite your entry, make sure you have completed the online waiver before approaching the day-of registration table.

This page will re-open for late/day-of registration by Saturday 10/24 at 8:30 AM.  Check-in at the venue will open around 7:30 AM on event day.  Check-in and registration for all races will close 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the race. There will be no exceptions made to this rule – plan to show up timely for the race you want to enter.

 Any current National Cyclocross Champions shall be granted free entry, but must wear their national jersey in the class in which it was won.

A USA Cycling racing license is required for entry.  Riders who do not provide a USAC Annual racing license # at registration will be assessed an additional $15 for a Beginner 1-Day license.  This license is valid for entry only in fields that are open to Novice Men, Women, or Non-Binary riders.  For all other fields, you must present proof of an active USAC racing license (or a printed Authorization to Ride) showing your Cyclocross category and Racing Age.

Code of conduct: Racers and spectators are expected to abide by USA Cycling’s code of conduct. Any behavior, sign, kit, etc., that discriminates on the basis of race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, or national origin, or that interferes physically with any race, will be met with ejection from the venue and disqualification from all races.

**Gender Equality & Transgender Policy: **Classes designated “Masters” are open to Men and Women. The minimum Racing Age and categories quoted are for Men; please see the current USAC Rulebook for minimum Racing Age and categories for Women.  The Super Series  welcomes everyone to participate in the gender category they feel is most appropriate to them, as described in USA Cycling policies: https://usacycling.org/about-us/governance/transgender-athletes-policy

The collective teams comprising the MABRA Super Series are committed to providing inclusive and equitable racing events.  The Super Series is proudly adding non-binary categories (1/2/3 and 4/5) to race during the women’s races.  This addition is to honor all of our cyclists and provide a category that allows everyone to race with how they identify.  In the event that USAC chooses to amend current policy to align with UCI changes for our transgender racers, then WTF (women-trans-femme) will be added to our non-binary categories as WTFNB.

Start Staging: Cat 5 Men & Cat 4/5 races = Registration order (HURRY…the first race is on BikeReg!). All other fields: Super Series standings for first row (8 racers), Crossresults.com for the rest of the field. Be at start staging 15 minutes before your race start or risk losing your spot.

Series Points:  Weekly Super Series points are awarded for ranking to the following fields – Men Cat. 1/2/3; Women Cat. 1/2/3; Masters 40+ Cat 1/2/3; Masters 50+ Cat. 1/2/3/4; Masters 60+ Open; Master Women 45+/50+/60+, Cat. 1/2/3/4; Men Single speed Open; Women Single speed Open; U19 Junior Women and U19 Junior Men. Youth Categories will receive overall series point leader jerseys following the last race @ Cap Cross Classic.

Venue:  The race is held at Loudoun County Fairgrounds in Leesburg, VA  – just off the WO&D trail. Located at 17558 Dry Mill Road Leesburg, VA 20175

Directions: Once arriving at the fairgrounds entrance, follow the parking volunteers to the designated parking area. Parking of vehicles or trailers will not be permitted in the team pits. Traffic is one-way only! You will enter and go right down the road to the parking area. Once leaving the parking area you will exit on opposite side you entered and leave going left up the hill. Please follow the signs.

On-Course Warmup: Riders shall only enter the course for warmup laps between races in the designated area near the starting grid.  Race officials will designate time and length of pre-rides.

Pit: There will be one double-sided pit on course. Please remove your equipment immediately following each race to make room for others. UPDATE - ONLY valid USAC license holders may enter the pit and provide support for racers. No spectators or non-licensed persons will be allowed in the pits. Please see a USAC Official if you have questions.

Course Description: The course will utilize multiple areas of the fairgrounds, including grass, pavement, dirt, gravel, barns, the ever so fun happy humps and barriers. There may even be a surprise or two!
