Women’s Events Note: Thanks to our new sponsor The Trellis (thetrellisphilly.com), the first 20 riders to sign up in the Women’s 4/5 race will cost $10 each. After this, the registration fee will increase to $25.
We have worked hard to ensure that women racers have as many opportunities to race as possible. For 2025: Pay equity in the W1/2/3 and M1/2/3 races for a certain number of places (based upon turnout). Pay equity in the Cat 4 only and W 4/5 events ($250 amounts depending on attendance levels as always). The W4/5 races are at 10:00am, earlier in the day (the Cat 4 race will be at 3:45pm). We feel that it is important there be a Women’s Cat 4/5 race in addition to the W1/2/3 race. Please register early as the promoter will maintain pay equity but has the right to reduce the number of paying places in the W1/2/3 if turnout is low. Please be sure to put us on your calendar - we need as many women and non-binary racers to show up as possible. Please pre-reg early!

Fine Print/Details:
$10 Late Fee in effect as of 4/5/25 10:00 AM EST (please register by Friday night).
2024 BAR Champions race for free. Email prior to registration and you will be added to the registration. BAR Champions are required to wear their BAR jerseys.
Each additional race is $15 if pre-registered, $20 day of the race.
Payout is 1/2 amount listed if <25 racers in event (exceptions juniors).
Race is run rain or shine.
Promoter reserves the right to shorten, combine or alter events as needed due to weather, timing and other uncontrollable circumstances (crash delays, injuries, needs of Police, EMTs, Acts of God).
Maximum field limit is 125 for all races except the Cat 5/Citizens where the limit is 75.
Registration opens at 7:15 am.
No aero bars. Approved helmets must be worn.
All USA Cycling rules apply.
Entry fee includes insurance surcharge of $5.00 for USA Cycling & $10 for Citizens.
Promoter reserves the right to combine or cancel races if less than 12 racers register for an event. Promoter reserves the right to adjust cash prize amounts in every category based on pre-registrations and final registrations.
Masters races for Cats 1-4 only.
Race order subject to possible change.
*In Cat 4. W4/5 $250 in Cash/Merch/Prizes levels will be adjusted based upon # of entries.
**M123 and W123 payouts could be adjusted if race entries do or do not exceed planned levels.
Race Results
Results will be posted after the conclusion of each race at a location designated by the race director and announced at the start line by the chief referee. After results have been posted racers will have a 15 minute protest period to resolve any discrepancies. It is the racers’ responsibility to verify their result during this 15 minute protest period. After the 15 minute protest period results will be final and will not be changed afterwards. Any further disputes must be addressed in writing via email to the riders Local Association contact.
