Syv Søstre Skyrace

Syv Søstre Skyrace is a demanding mountain race on the Helgeland coast in northern Norway. The event offers two distances. The long course follows the full traverse of the Seven Sisters mountains, with approximately 2,800 meters of elevation gain in highly technical terrain. The shorter course is based on the classic Dronningruta, with around 1,200 meters of elevation gain and a slightly shorter but still rugged and steep profile. Both routes involve sustained climbs, technical descents, and long periods of continuous effort, making the race well suited as a benchmark for hard, mountain specific endurance training.
