Chisago Lakes Sprint Triathalon

EVENT DETAILS

The swim is at beautiful Paradise Park at Chisago Lake in Chisago City. In water start with waves of around 50 athletes. Buoys mark the course. Keep the buoys to your right.

The bike course is rolling hills with a few larger climbs. Please stay to your LEFT when entering the tunnel from either direction. The bike course has two aid stations at mile 25 and 47 with bottle exchange, water, Gatorade, simple carbs and medical supplies.

The run course goes through charming residential streets with lots of community support. There will be aid stations along the course with water, Gatorade and simple carbs every 2 miles. Sprint run leg turnaround is at the school, Olympic run leg turn around is just after mile 3 on 275th Street. Half run leg turnaround is on Chisago Blvd at Maxwell Road.

Participants will receive a t-shirt, finisher medal, swim cap, age group awards, and food after the event.

Due to the very limited number of spaces at Chuckie Lindquist Park, parking there will be reserved exclusively for our elite athletes. Parking permits will be emailed out race week.
