Lake of Menteith APR

Glasgow Nightingale is pleased to once again promote the Lake of Menteith APR’s event consisting of 2 races…one for Female only, followed by an Open event for allcomers.

The APR format, with its staggered start and grouped by ability, is an ideal “taster” event for those novice racers.

The Female race will start at 9:30am, followed by the Men’s/Open race at 12:30pm.

Race HQ will once again be at Balfron High School Campus, G63 OPW; doors open at 8am.

The Female race will consist of 1 lap of the Lake of Menteith circuit - 23mls/37km

The Men’s/Open race will consist of 2 laps of Lake of Menteith circuit. 44mls/77km
