I’m Oleks — a certified cycling coach from Ukraine, but now based in Greece, working with athletes across the world. I’ve been racing as a cyclist myself, so I know exactly what it takes to build fitness around a real life, a real schedule, and real goals. My approach is simple: understand your body through data, train with purpose, and build performance that lasts. No guesswork. No cookie-cutter plans.
What makes my coaching different: Every athlete gets a full power profile after 14 days — not just an FTP number, but a clear picture of where you’re strong, where you’re limited, and exactly what to train. I use in-workout field testing instead of isolated FTP tests, because your real numbers come from real riding. I track what matters: FTP, power curve, VO2max estimate, HRV, resting HR, CTL/ATL/TSB, and sleep quality. You’ll always know where you stand and why.
