Release of 3 November 2026
What you can now ask or do
- Log my soreness as 5 out of 7 on my own scale, and your assistant writes the field you made in Intervals by its name.
- What did I put for motivation this week, and it reads the field back.
- I slept about seven and a half hours but my watch missed it, and it records the night, unless Intervals already has a value for that day.
- Read back Saturday's planned ride in full, and it quotes the whole session, steps included.
- Durations and time in zones come back in minutes, and fitness and fatigue as whole numbers, as the app shows them.
- Ask how to do your fatigue test and your assistant answers with Intervals' own instructions and your own target, band and duration. Ask it to put a fatigue test on your calendar and the workout is built from your settings, never from memory.
- Asking your assistant about a fatigue test you did also tells you the target it was done at.
- If you have just become an Intervals.icu Supporter, your assistant sees it within a minute instead of up to an hour. Asking about an activity or calendar entry that is not yours no longer disconnects you, and moving a one-day note keeps it one day.
No new permissions.
Reconnect needed: yes, updated tools.

Release of 2 November 2026
What you can now ask or do
- Adding a weekly target to a week that already has one now changes that target instead of quietly replacing it. A batch of calendar changes is checked against your calendar again just before it is applied.

- "Set my weekly target to 8 hours for the next four weeks."
- "Add a build phase from 1 December to the end of January."
- "Add the Cape Town Cycle Tour as my A race."
- "Put the plan we just agreed on my calendar."
- "Do I need to reconnect?"
No new permissions.
Reconnect needed: yes, new tools.
