Cape Town Cycle Tour

The world’s largest road race by participation numbers. A lap around the Cape Peninsula, from the city centre, through Claremont, down the M3 highway (full road closure), down to the False Bay coast, on to Simonstown, across to Scarborough and the Atlantic coastline, starting in Noordhoek, up Chapmans Peak, into Hout Bay, up Suikerbossie (2km @ 7%) and down into Bakhoven, Camps Bay, Clifton, Sea Point and finish at Green Point. 109km and 1200m vertical ascent.
